The fine print

Orders ship within 1–2 business days from our Beverly Hills location. Shipping options, including USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express, are priced at checkout based on your order and address.

• Where we ship: United States only.
• Damaged or missing packages: email info@originnaturalproducts.com within 10 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
• In-store pickup: coming soon. When pickup is available, pickup orders will be ready within 24 hours, and orders not picked up within 30 days may be cancelled and refunded.

Vitamins, supplements and skincare are final sale and can't be returned.

Wrong or damaged items: if your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email info@originnaturalproducts.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or issue a credit.

Other items (such as devices and oral care tools) can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To request a return, email info@originnaturalproducts.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We review every request and may offer an exchange or store credit.

Customers pay return shipping unless the item was damaged or sent in error.

Choose auto-refill on any product to save 10% on every delivery, shipped every 1, 2 or 3 months. Your saved payment method is charged at each renewal at the subscription price shown at checkout, until you cancel. You can skip, change or cancel any time before your next renewal from your account or the link in your order email.

Discount codes can't be combined with the auto-refill discount; you can use one or the other.

Origin Natural Products ("Origin," "we," "us") runs originnaturalproducts.com and our store in Los Alamitos, California. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address and order details when you buy something, sign up for emails or texts, or contact us.
• Payment information: payments are handled by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.
• Information collected automatically: device and browser type, pages viewed and general location (from your IP address), through cookies and similar tools that keep your cart working and help us understand how the site is used.

How we use it

• To process and deliver orders and handle returns and exchanges.
• To send order confirmations and shipping updates.
• To send marketing emails or texts, only if you signed up. Every message includes a way to opt out.
• To run, secure and improve the site and prevent fraud, and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we'll send no more than one marketing text a week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never required to buy anything. We don't sell or share mobile numbers or text consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the business: Shopify (store, checkout, payments, email and text messaging), shipping carriers, and our website host. We may also share information when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Health information

Our products are for general wellness and skincare. We don't ask for medical information to place an order; please don't include health details in order notes or messages. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

Your choices and California rights

California residents can ask to know, access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about them. To make a request, email info@originnaturalproducts.com. We'll verify your request and respond within the time the law requires, and we won't treat you differently for using these rights. You can unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email, and from texts by replying STOP.

Keeping information

We keep order records as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes, and marketing contact details until you unsubscribe.

Children

This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

• Who we are. Origin Natural Products, Los Alamitos, California. By ordering from originnaturalproducts.com you agree to these terms.
• Products. Supplements and skincare are for general wellness and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Ask your healthcare provider before starting a supplement, especially if you're pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.
• Prices and availability. Prices are in US dollars and may change. If we make a pricing error or an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll contact you and offer a refund or substitute.
• Discount codes. One code per order. Codes can't be combined with each other or with the auto-refill discount, and can't be exchanged for cash. Promotional codes end on the date stated; for example, RODEO20 ends December 31, 2026.
• Auto-refill. See Auto-refill subscriptions above.
• Shipping and returns. See the Shipping and Returns sections. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers.
• Use of the site. Don't misuse the site or try to disrupt it. Product photos and descriptions belong to us or the brands we carry.
• Liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
