Origin Natural Products strongly believes in our products and wants every customer to be satisfied. This is the reason for Origin Natural Products Customer Service Guarantee. Due to inevitable fraudulent activity Origin Natural Products will only accept returns of merchandise purchased directly from Origin Natural Products and in accordance with the following:
- Consideration of a refund will be determined on a case to case basis. If Origin Natural Products approves a refund for the product, the product must be received within fourteen (14) days of the item’s purchase date. In all cases, refunds will be made ONLY to the credit card / PayPal used for the original purchase. It may take up to two (2) billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement. Origin Natural product also reserves the right to provide Origin Natural Product Store Credit or a Origin Natural Product gift card in place of a refund, if desired; store credit and gift cards are subject to terms of use agreements.
- Refunds may take at least one week to process and will only process once the item is received by Origin Natural Products in accordance with our return policy.
- Return Policy: If Origin Natural Product items are approved for return or exchange, products must be unopened and in the original packaging to qualify for refund or exchange.
- Original Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If Return is approved by Original Natural Products, a return shipping label will be provided for all customers located in the Continental United States.
- Returns that originate from outside the continental United States will not qualify for return shipping labels and customers will be responsible for payment and procurement of shipping labels for the merchandise being returned to Origin Natural Products.
- The original packing slip is required for merchandise to be considered for return and/or exchange.
Please note that we do not have the ability to track your return nor are we responsible for the amount of time it takes for the item to be returned.
Original Natural Products reserves the right to deny any return for any reason. Origin Natural Products will not be able to reuse, resell, or repackage items returned due to the nature of the item.
Origin Natural Products is not responsible for lost or damaged items that are received by the customer for returns purposes. It is the customer's responsibility to package the item correctly so no damage is caused in the transit process.
